Been using HipCal to record all my tasks and events for the day. Every tiny little task, even lunching, bathing etc. I could plan for the day, or for the hour. So every single minute of what i’m doing are recorded down. Somehow, everything seems so clear and in order. And viola! all the stress and anxiety just vanished into thin air!
Many a times, we wonder where the hell all the hours gone. Frustrated that there’s simply not enough hours in a day to go around. What we didn’t realise is we spend alot of time doing unecessary things without realizing. Blogging, surfing, chatting, sitting in front of the tv even though there’s nothing nice on, day-dreaming or forgetting things we have to do and so have to make up for lost time…
That’s why i love to make lists… and now even better, i can do it with HipCal and have a list as well as a calender!

A peek into my daily life…
schedule_s.jpg

As of yesterday…. from 9.30AM to 3AM this morning…. that’s 17 1/2 hours clocked.
Working on Project 1: 30 minute
Working on Project 2: 10hr 10 minute
Interruption: chatting with neighbour about travelling for 20 minutes
Writing new photo article: 2 hr
Entertainment ( TV while cooking, lunching and dining, Web-surfing ): 4 hours
General ( Bath, Rest etc…): 1/2 hour

And with that, i know exactly how many hours i worked and if the pay i’m getting from the project justified the hours i’ve worked. Judging by the progress yesterday, it’s pretty good so far. And the best part, i’m in control, and i don’t have to worry about not finishing anything on time!

Really wish i have the space and $$$ and time to make my room more studio-like. How great would it be to have a huge glass window right in front of my desk, overlooking a garden or even the sea. I think i have mentioned about my dream house/studio once or twice somewhere in this blog. :P
