And so i’m back in one piece!

Day 1 : Singapore - Chengdu ( Silkair flight 5hr )
Day 2 : Chengdu - Huanglong/JiuZhaiGou ( Air China flight 45min ), taxi ride for 3 hours to Huanglong and then another 2 hr ride to Jiu Zhai Gou
Day 3 - Day 5 : Jiu Zhai Gou
Day 6 : Jiu Zhai Gou - Chengdu ( Air China flight 45min )
Day 7 : Chengdu - Wolong ( 5hrs taxi ride of 200km of rocky one-lane-two-way-traffic mountain road )
Day 8 : Wolong Panda Nature Reserve
Day 9 : Wolong - Chengdu ( another 5 hrs of bumpy ride )
Day 10 : Chengdu - Singapore ( Silkair flight 5hr )

Made an unexpected trip to Huanglong ( which is near Jiu Zhai Gou but at higher altitude of more than 3200m at the entrance ) on our 2nd day of the trip.

Main locations that i will visit are Chengdu, Jiu Zhai Gou and Wolong. Got in contact with the people at Wolong Panda Research Center and got word that it had just started snowing at Wolong today!!!! Lucky me might have a chance to shoot the pandas playing in the snow! Which is what i’ve been praying for since snow don’t usually come so early in Dec.

It’s gonna be a Winter Wonderland in JZG and Wolong! ^_^

hmmmm, I realized i haven’t been posting much pictures lately. Anyway, was browsing through my last Borneo trip photos and here are some of the photos that never made it to the blog.
Kinda miss the adventure…. it’s the travel bugs talking…. see, already pass 1AM and they are still wide awake and nagging in my head!
